Helpling is easy to use:

2. Follow the website prompts, this includes entering the duration, date, time and address where you would like the clean to take place.
3. Sit down and relax while one of the Helpling vetted cleaners executes your cleaning.
4. Submit a review for the cleaner.
Helpling is not a cleaning company but a platform to connect self-employed cleaners and customers. Each cleaner on our platform has been vetted, police checked and is insured for your peace of mind.
The cleaners registered with Helpling are self-employed cleaners who register through our platform. The cleaners then go through a rigorous vetting process prior to registering.
During the booking process, you will see cleaners who are available as well as their ratings.
The cleaner will arrive with all the equipment they need to complete your clean, apart from a vacuum cleaner. However if you require specific products to be used, please leave these out for the Helpling with an explanation of where they should be used. You can make contact with your cleaner once your booking has been accepted to discuss the products they have and what you will need.
